1. Thank you for your interest in the STARTUP CAFE platform. Google Inc. and its affiliates (“Google”) have worked with the following partners : APCE, the Kauffman Foundation's Entrepreneurship.org, faberNovel, HEC Paris, Le Camping by Silicon Sentier, Sciences-Po, Silicon Xperience, Strate Collège, Telecom ParisTech, Conférences Innover-Entreprendre organisées avec l’Ecole Polytechnique ParisTech (the “STARTUP CAFE Partners”) to offer you tools and services in relation with the STARTUP CAFE initiative, that are presented on the site www.startup-cafe.fr (the "STARTUP CAFE Site”).

2. These terms of use constitute a contract between you and Google and govern your use of the STARTUP CAFE Site. They do not govern your use of the services offered by the STARTUP CAFE Partners, nor any other service provided by any other Google partner.

3. These terms of use govern your use of the STARTUP CAFE Site. They are deemed to be accepted by you when you use the STARTUP CAFE Site or any service offered via the STARTUP CAFE Site.

4. The principal service offered via the STARTUP CAFE Site is the possibility as an entrepreneur to access for free :

• online information and testimonies made available via educational videos concerning a variety of subjects (amongst others, finding and idea, marketing of a product, difficulties encountered by a creator) from the STARTUP CAFE Partners: schools (HEC, Sciences Po, Telecom Paris), incubators and associations;
• online tools that will facilitate the implementation of your project. These tools are selected and tested through monthly workshops organised with entrepreneurs from different sectors. This workshop is the result of an innovative partnership with Silicon Xperience;
• a directory of the organisations and networks that help creators of businesses, in partnership with the APCE.

5. In any event, the use that you will make of the services provided by the STARTUP CAFE Partners and any other partner will only be governed by the terms of use of these STARTUP CAFE Partners and other partner. Those terms are solely referred to in these terms of use to ease your consultation of such terms. Google will have no liability for the provision of these services. In each case, you will have to verify if the services and terms of use of the STARTUP CAFE Partners and other partners suit you before using them.

6. Restrictions

You accept NOT to use the services provided by the STARTUP CAFE Partners, by Google or by any other partner in violation of these terms of use or any other applicable terms of use.

The services and offers that you will receive via the STARTUP CAFE Site cannot be resold, and cannot be sold or transferred unless the terms of use of that specific service or offer allow you explicitly to do so.

You acknowledge that the terms of use can also be applicable to services offered by STARTUP CAFE Partners and other partners, when they are incorporated in the terms of use of such partner.

7. Data Protection and confidentiality

All data that contain personal data:

• that you provide on a web site managed by Google (including www.startup-cafe.fr ) will be processed by Google in compliance with Google’s Privacy Policy (see: http://www.google.com/intl/en/privacy/)
• that you provide on a web site managed by a STARTUP CAFE Partner or other partner will be processed by the STARTUP CAFE Partners or other partner in compliance with their applicable privacy policy.

The STARTUP CAFE Partners and Google can share these data with each other or with trustworthy third parties involved in the STARTUP CAFE initiative, solely to provide the services offered in the context of the STARTUP CAFE Site (and amongst others to enable Google to provide services in relation with the STARTUP CAFE initiative and Site).

If you agree during your registration, Google, the STARTUP CAFE Partners and other trustworthy partners can contact you to help you to make the most of the service and to inform you about other products and services that might also interest you.

8. Modifications and services provided by third parties

Google, the STARTUP CAFE Partners and the other partners of the STARTUP CAFE initiative and Site reserve the right, at their full discretion, to change, modify, add or delete these terms of use at any time and without prior written notification of the parties. In such case, such new terms of use will be posted on the STARTUP CAFE Site. Your continued use of the STARTUP CAFE Site or the STARTUP CAFE services after such modification entails your acceptance of the new terms of use.

Google, the STARTUP CAFE Partners and the other partners of the STARTUP CAFE Site can occasionally modify the STARTUP CAFE Site and the services it offers, without any liability towards you for such modifications. Google will have no liability for services offered by third parties via the STARTUP CAFE Site, and does not approve such services.

9. Interruption of the services

In case of use of the STARTUP CAFE Site or any of the services offered via the STARTUP CAFE Site in violation of these terms of use or any other mentioned applicable terms of use or the spirit of the STARTUP CAFE initiative, these services may no longer be offered to you.

Google, the STARTUP CAFE Partners and the other partners can, at their full discretion, at any time terminate or suspend the provision of the STARTUP CAFE initiative or Site or any service provided via or in relation with the STARTUP CAFE Site without any liability towards you.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms of use and your relation with Google in the context with these terms of use is governed by French law. You and Google agree to submit any dispute concerning these terms of use to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts, save that either party may apply to any court for conservatory measures or other equivalent emergency relief.
