The Agency For the Creation of Ventures has been created in 1996 following an initiative by French public authorities. The APCE helps ease the process of creation, transmission and development of a company. It has 3 main missions : promote entrepreneurial spirit, inform bout new regulation and local and national plans in favor of entrepreneurs. And finally, it helps entrepreneurs create their venture. The APCE supports company creation by making surveys and write reports about sectorial economic activity and dynamic.
